Warranty and Return Policy
The Compleat Gamester wishes your shopping experience
with us to be a happy one.
We sell a wide variety of merchandise that includes items that are
custom orders or require installation.
Our warranty and return policy vary with the product lines. Listed below
are our return policies for the various lines. When ordering if you have
a question about the return policy of a product that we may not have
covered, just ask. |

General Requirements for Return and Refund |

1. You must have the original sales slip.
2. Refund will be made to the credit card the item was purchased on.
3. Items purchased by check will be refunded 2 weeks from date of
deposit
4. Product must be returned in the original package in new condition
5. Refund will be made less the cost of shipping
6. Refund will be allowed on purchases up to 30 days from the date of
purchase
7. Shrink wrapped products must be unopened and in original shrink
wrap |

AMF Billiards and Games Lifetime Warranty. |
AMF warrants each billiards
table against defective materials and workmanship for the life of the
table with the original purchaser ( the Owner ). AMF will repair or
replace, at its sole option any table component or material (excluding
cloth, pockets and playing equipment) proven to be defective. This
warranty does not imply AMF will replace the table. This warranty
includes the table cabinet, legs, wood rails, cushion rubber, interior
framing and hardware and the slate playfield.
AMF MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED. All other warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or
otherwise, are excluded. AMF has not assumed or authorized any other
person to assume for it any other liability or warranty in connection
with the table.
For five years after the date of sale of the billiard table to the
Owner, this warranty will cover labor and replacement of defective
components or material and, if AMF elects to complete the warranty
service at a location other than the place of installation, the cost of
shipping to AMF. After the five year period, this warranty will cover
only the replacement of the defective components or material and the
owner will be responsible for the cost of shipping to AMF and labor.
Conditions and Limitations
The Owner must register his or her ownership with AMF by sending in
the AMF warranty card packed with each table in 90 days of purchase.
The warranty is not transferable and may be enforced only by the Owner
The billiard table must be installed by AMF or AMF's authorized
contractor and may not be moved.
This warranty does not cover table leveling
This warranty does not include a replacement table or "loaner"
during the period that the table is defective or while the table is
being repaired.
Any breakage or failure must be proven to AMF's satisfaction to be due
solely to a defect in workmanship or material. Any damage caused by
carelessness, improper treatment, adjustment by the Owner or another
party, willful or negligent act or omission of the Owner or another
party, damage to or destruction of the building in which the table is
installed or any of its systems, or failure to care for the table in
accordance with any maintenance instructions or recommendations given by
AMF, including a failure to maintain proper environmental conditions, is
excluded from coverage under this warranty.
This warranty does not apply to tables used in an institutional or
commercial setting and does not apply to damage due to normal wear and
tear, fire, flood or any other natural calamities.
Any replacement parts or material will be delivered to the place of
installation specified on the AMF warranty card.
AMF will have no liability whatsoever if repairs or replacements are
made by anyone not approved by AMF in writing.
AMF Will not be liable for direct, consequential, incidental or special
damages (including, without limitation loss of business or profits or
economic loss) or for punitive, statutory, or exemplary damages,
resulting from or in any manner relating to the table, the use of the
table, or any breach by AMF of this warranty. The sole and exclusive
remedy of the Owner will be the repair, correction or replacement, at
AMF's sole option, of the defective component of the table pursuant to
this warranty. |

Compleat Gamester Pool Table Extended Warranty |
The Compleat Gamester will Guarantee
the level of the pool table for three full years.
Terms and Conditions are identical to the AMF warranty above. This
extended warranty does not imply any obligation on the part of AMF. The
billiard table must be installed by the Compleat Gamester and still be
at its original location. |

Cue Warranties |
The Compleat Gamester will
replace any tips on cues purchased from us for 90 days from date of
purchase.
All other warranty issues are the responsibility of the
Manufacturer of the cue.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the cue to the
manufacturer and its return.
Problems such as broken shafts, joints, warping and wraps are looked at
on a case by case basis. The manufacturer will at its sole discretion
determine if the problem is a result of poor workmanship or lack of care
by the owner. The Compleat Gamester will provide you with contact names
and phone numbers if you wish to dispute their decision directly. |
