Warranty and Return Policy
The Compleat Gamester wishes your shopping experience with us to be a happy one.
We sell a wide variety of merchandise that includes items that are custom orders or require installation.
Our warranty and return policy vary with the product lines. Listed below are our return policies for the various lines. When ordering if you have a question about the return policy of a product that we may not have covered, just ask.

General Requirements for Return and Refund

1. You must have the original sales slip.
2. Refund will be made to the credit card the item was purchased on.
3. Items purchased by check will be refunded 2 weeks from date of deposit
4. Product must be returned in the original package in new condition
5. Refund will be made less the cost of shipping 
6. Refund will be allowed on purchases up to 30 days from the date of purchase
7. Shrink wrapped products must be unopened and in original shrink wrap 

Product Lines that can be returned for Full Refund

Juggling Props - Boxed Games, Puzzles, Darts, Books, Videos, Gift Certificates
Chessmen and Boards if stock item. Please ask when purchasing if your item is a custom order
Cues that are stock item and not custom order. Cues must be unused ( not chalked )
Cue purchases please ask if custom order
Billiard Accessories that are stock items.
Table Tennis Accessories in unopened packages

Defective or Damage Items

Compleat Gamester will repair or replace at its sole option any item that is defective or damaged.

Products that May Not be Returned

Custom Orders
Monogrammed Poker Chips, Carnival Games, Gaming Wheels, Special Order Bingo, Raffle Drums, All Table Games, Custom Order Poker Tables, Pool Tables, Air Hockey, Table Tennis Tables, Custom ordered Chessmen and Chess Tables.
 

Compleat Gamester Pool Table Extended Warranty

The Compleat Gamester will Guarantee the level of the pool table for one year.

Cue Warranties

The Compleat Gamester will replace any tips on cues purchased from us for 90 days from date of purchase. All other warranty issues are the responsibility of  the Manufacturer of the cue.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the cue to the manufacturer and its return. Problems such as broken shafts, joints, warping and wraps are looked at on a case by case basis. The manufacturer will at its sole discretion determine if the problem is a result of poor workmanship or lack of care by the owner. The Compleat Gamester will provide you with contact names and phone numbers if you wish to dispute their decision directly.
