We service and sell Pool Tables, Foosball, Poker Tables, and Other game room equipment. Our full time service department Moves, Re-Covers and Setup Pool Tables year round.

We ship via UPS ground, USPS First Class and Priority mail. Transit time for USPS Priority mail is generally 2-3 days for the continental United States. Smaller packages generally ship via First class or Priority mail.
Larger or heavier packages ship via UPS ground.

The shopping cart will provide the shipping costs for most items. Pool Tables prices include delivery and setup within most of Eastern Massachusetts. Delivery and setup prices for other game room equipment, such as Foosball tables, Table Tennis etc. are for Eastern Massachusetts only.
We ship via UPS and USPS and the shopping cart will price out the total shipping for most items.
We do not ship COD
All shipping of larger items out of state is tailgate
delivery only. If you require inside delivery, you must request it in
advance.
If the actual shipping does not agree with the
shipping charges computed by the shopping cart, your credit card will
not be charged until you have been quoted and have agreed to the
shipping charge.
We sell a wide variety of merchandise that includes items that are custom orders or require installation.
Our warranty and return policy vary with the product lines. Listed below are our return policies for the various lines. When ordering if you have a question about the return policy of a product that we may not have covered, just ask.
General Requirements for Return and Refund
1. You must have the original sales slip.
2. Refund will be made to the credit card the item was purchased on.
3. Items purchased by check will be refunded 2 weeks from date of
deposit
4. Product must be returned in the original package in new condition
5. Refund will be made less the cost of shipping
6. Refund will be allowed on purchases up to 30 days from the date of
purchase
7. Shrink wrapped products must be unopened and in original shrink
wrap

Cue Warranties
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the cue to the manufacturer and its return. Problems such as broken shafts, joints, warping and wraps are looked at on a case by case basis. The manufacturer will at its sole discretion determine if the problem is a result of poor workmanship or lack of care by the owner. The Compleat Gamester will provide you with contact names and phone numbers if you wish to dispute their decision directly.
